We are thrilled that you have decided to join us. Welcome!

It is great to see that you have decided to choose Mexico as your country. I have also heard great things about the Mexican people. They certainly live in a really diverse place with beautiful beach-side resort towns, mountain villages and dense rainforest. They also have some amazing food in Mexico. Have you ever tried fajitas, tacos, nachos, enchiladas, or quesadillas? Fajitas and quesadillas are my favourites. I try to make chicken fajitas for my family at least once a week!

I also eat nachos when I am watching a special sporting event on TV. I am from Canada and it is a tradition in North America (Canada/United States of America) to get together to watch American football games and eat nachos. There is a huge American football championship game being held on 6 February. It's called the 'Superbowl.' I think that I may have to make some nachos to eat when I watch it!

What do you and your family live to make as a special treat or a special meal? Do you have any special dishes?

I am really looking forward to blogging with you over the next week, Lotu. The programme goes until Friday 27 January so you have lots of time left to post more blogs.

Hope to see you online again soon!

Rachel :)Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10992026915931452376noreply@blogger.com
